- packaging requirements;
- desired delivery timing;
- destination.
For logo artwork, original vector files are preferred where possible. Jundong’s documented preparation requirements include original artwork, color standards, size, placement, preferred process, single- or multi-color versions, and available identity guidelines.
If the final logo size is still undecided, there is no need to guess.
Send the bag dimensions and artwork first and compare several scaled versions.
For example, on a 330 mm usable panel:
Option A — 110 mm
Restrained.
Option B — 170 mm
Balanced.
Option C — 230 mm
Bold.
After one direction is selected, the physical sample can confirm:
actual scale;
distance from seams;
canvas interaction;
print clarity;
color appearance;
hand feel;
overall balance.
Sampling becomes especially important when:
the logo is very large;
the artwork contains tiny details;
the canvas has a coarse weave;
light ink is applied to dark fabric;
embroidery uses dense stitching;
a patch sits close to a pocket or seam;
several SKUs use different color combinations.
Once the sample is approved, the final dimensions, position, color, process, and artwork version should remain controlled during production. Logo consistency is checked not only for size but also for placement, clarity, adhesion, stitching, edge quality, and attachment.
The best logo size is therefore not the largest size that fits the canvas panel.
It is the size that stays recognizable, suits the bag’s purpose, reproduces cleanly on the selected fabric, leaves the right amount of visual space, and still looks correct when the tote is filled, carried, and used in everyday life.
