Sample Process

A sample is not just a photo approval. It is the first real test of fabric, size, logo, cord, seams, and packing. A correct sample should be filled, pulled, folded, packed, and checked like the final product.

For many custom bag projects, sample development often takes around 5–7 days after key details are confirmed. Simple styles with available fabric may move faster, while custom color fabric, embroidery, patches, special trims, or complex packing may need more time. The timing should be reviewed based on the actual material and craft.

A useful sample review should check:

Finished size after sewing.

Fabric touch and thickness.

Product fit inside the bag.

Top opening after the item is inserted.

Cord movement and closure shape.
