Standard Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth and professional production process, we follow these structured payment terms:
For Custom Bulk Orders:
30% deposit to confirm the order and start production
70% balance to be paid after inspection (photo/video confirmation provided), before shipment
For Sampling:
General samples are free of charge (limited stock-based styles)
Custom samples (with full design/branding) require a fee, refundable after bulk order
For Long-Term Clients:
Flexible terms (e.g., 20/80, net 30) are available for repeat buyers with consistent order history
We offer priority production and payment cycle planning for your seasonal or launch schedules

Payments are processed via verified company bank accounts
Invoices are issued with all relevant terms and details
